Onboarding as a Church or as an organization :

You Can start with an Onboarding request If you are a Church or a Non-Profit. Our team will reach out to you and help you onboard to this app and give an administration Panel that you can use from your computer and manage your organization’s activities As a Global administrator of your Church, you can assign various administrators to manage your church activities on this app on your behalf. You can invite members to join your organization using their email ID or phone number.

Onboarding as a Member:

Once your Church onboards the platform, you will receive a request in your email or phone to join this app. After you download the app from your App store. You can register on this app and start enjoying your time of fellowship.

Onboarding as a User :

If your Church is still not part of this app, you can still enjoy this app as a User. Once you download this app and register yourself into this, you will be able to Follow your Favorite organizations and view their public posts. View Global News feed and many more Spiritual activities open for all.

With the app, you can run a Community/Organization or multiple groups as per your decision and the members within your community. We allow you to choose from the following roles within an organization or its groups:

How to Your App Works?

If you are a registered church or community, here is how you can navigate through the app:

Approach the super-admins to join the platform.

Sign the statement of faith to become an admin of a community.

Create your inapp community by inviting members.

Post events and make announcements about church happenings.

Create groups within the community as per your institution’s interest.

Interact with world churches and encourage one another in prayer.

Closer look into the menu

Once you enter the app after registering or logging in, you will be able to create your community by contacting the super admins. Post that you will notice this section of the app which will be on the top of your feed, you will notice three icons, namely: Profile, Home, and Menu.

Just next to all your prayer requests, your posting activity will be recorded. All the posts that you share within the community will be displayed here. In the end, you will be able to log out if you choose to or navigate to other tabs. 

Notifications

Records all the notifications you get on the post you created or a response you left on any post.

Prayer diary

Keeps record of all your prayer points on a personal level and can then be pushed.
 

Prayer request

This is a tab that will be prevalent throughout the app and is found in this menu as well.

Reminders

This tab helps you with reminders of any important prayer that you have lined up or an event.

What we cover

Become a part of the app and get to stay abreast with what your church and the global church are up to and become one in a big family of Christ. 

If you are a registered church and want to become a part of the Ark app, then you must read through the STATEMENT OF FAITH entirely and sign it to ensure your complete agreement and adherence to the statement mentioned. The super admin will give you admin access to run your organization and include members/ moderators.

The admin will be able to conduct the following actions:

  1. Invite members
  2. Edit organization details
  3. Add events from the organization
  4. Make announcements which are from the organization
  5. Promote or de-promote a user from member to moderator or vice versa.

Since this app is all about prayers and bringing people closer through prayer, we allow members, moderators, users and admins to be able to create/post/share:

  1. Prayer Requests
  2. Prayer Updates
  3. Testimonies

The moderator is a member with moderating rights assigned by the admins. They will be able to:

  1. Create announcements as part of the group.
  2. Moderate the posts sent in by the members.
  3. Remove members from a group or organization if they fail to adhere to the rules set by the group or the organization.

The menu for the app consists of four options:

  1. Notifications
  2. Prayer diary
  3. Prayer request 
  4. Reminders

A few things to remember while registering are:

  1. Do not use caps in the email id as it won’t proceed towards registering.
  2. You could recover your account if you forgot your password by typing in your email ID while registering. An email will be sent with the instruction to sign in again.
  3. You will need to fill in all their areas to be able to create an account.

The roles that a user can take up in the Ark as per the decision of the organization are:

  1. Admin
  2. Moderator
  3. Member

This section is for believers all around to be aware of church happenings from all across the globe. The global feed will contain all the news and updates about the global churches, which users and members of every organization can view. They will be able to actively pray and participate in responding to these messages and info.
