1. Overview.
1.1. Introduction.
This Ark Enterprise User Agreement (this “Agreement”) is an agreement between you (referred to in this Agreement as “you”, “your”, or “yourself”) and The Ark Enterprise PBC, a Texas Public Benefit Corporation (referred to in this Agreement as “The Ark Enterprise PBC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
The Ark Enterprise PBC owns and operates all technology platforms and products offered under the Ark Enterprise brand, including:
• The Ark Enterprise website located at thearkconnect.com (including app.thearkconnect.com and related subdomains), and
• All Ark Enterprise applications, including the Ark Connect app and any other software/mobile applications that reference this Agreement.
The website(s), app(s), platform(s), and services provided by The Ark Enterprise PBC are collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Ark Enterprise Services.” By creating a User Account or using any Ark Enterprise Services (including the Ark Connect app), you agree to this Agreement.
1.2. Binding Contract.
This Agreement is a legally binding contract governing your access to and use of the Ark Enterprise Services. We may suspend or terminate this Agreement and/or your access to Ark Enterprise Services at any time, with or without cause.
1.3. Text Messages (SMS Messages)
You agree that The Ark Enterprise PBC and its affiliates (the “Ark Connect Parties”) may contact you via calls or text messages (including automated messages) using the phone number you provide in your User Account.
1.4. Important Provisions.
This Agreement includes important legal provisions impacting your rights, including:
• Warranty disclaimers & limitation of liability (Section 13)
• Dispute resolution, class action waiver, and venue selection (Section 15)
• Your responsibility for expenses and liabilities caused by misuse (Section 12)
By using Ark Enterprise Services, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Statement of Faith
The Ark Enterprise Services—including the Ark Connect app—are designed for users who identify as Christians. All Users must agree with and affirm our Statement of Faith, located at:

By using Ark Enterprise Services, you represent and warrant that:
• You identify yourself as a Christian, and
• You agree with and affirm the Statement of Faith, and
• If you cease to identify as a Christian or disagree with the Statement of Faith, you will immediately discontinue use of all Ark Enterprise Services and close your account.
3. Additional Policies
The policies listed below form part of this Agreement and are binding:

• Acceptable Use Policy
4. Children.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Ark Enterprise Services. Users under age 13 are strictly prohibited from using the Ark Enterprise Services or the Ark Connect app.
5. Modification
We may modify this Agreement or our Policies at any time as our technology and services evolve. Continued use of Ark Enterprise Services confirms your acceptance of updates. If you do not agree to changes, you must discontinue use and close your User Account.
6. Definitions
All definitions remain materially the same but are now applicable across all Ark Enterprise Services, not just a single product.
(The original definition list remains valid and enforceable — no language is removed. Only “Ark Connect Platform / Services” is now framed as “Ark Enterprise Services,” with the Ark Connect app treated as one product under that umbrella.)
7. Description of Ark Enterprise Services
The Ark Enterprise Services are social, faith-based platforms designed for Christian individuals and organizations to communicate, share content, build community, and engage with churches, schools, and ministries.
The Ark Connect app is a major component of these services, but not the only product provided by The Ark Enterprise PBC.
Functions may include, but are not limited to:
• Prayer sharing and prayer diaries
• Testimonials, posts, comments, reactions
• Organization and group connections
• Reminders, content access, and faith-based media
User Content related to Connected Organizations may be stored by those organizations and governed by their privacy policies, not ours. The Ark Enterprise Services may change at any time, without notice. Features may vary by country.
8–20. Remaining Sections
Sections 8 through 20 remain fully enforceable with updated terminology. The only adjustments made are:
Reframing:
• “Ark Connect Services” → Ark Enterprise Services
• “Ark Connect Platform” → Ark Enterprise Platform
• “Ark Connect Parties” → Ark Connect Parties (unchanged entity list; still accurate legally)
• Ark Connect remains referenced only where it refers to the app/product, NOT the company.
No substantive legal rights or terms are altered, ensuring:
• Liability clauses remain intact
• Venue, dispute, and indemnity obligations remain enforceable
• IP rights and content licenses still apply platform-wide
